Set a maximum net loss you're willing to accept in a day, week, or month. When your net losses reach that threshold, your account is automatically restricted from further wagers for the remainder of the period.
Set a duration after which you receive an on-screen notification reminding you how long you've been playing. The reminder doesn't force a stop — it gives you a conscious moment to decide whether to continue.
Temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets. Your account balance is preserved and withdrawals remain available. Cool-off is activated immediately and cannot be lifted early.
Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately — there is no cooling-off period, no delay, and no persuasion from our team.
